I wish to post this glowing report of Pat Peterside for all to see.

Pat recently assisted my husband and I in finding the perfect condo at the Jersey Shore.  We are veteran homebuyers, but were unsure of the process at the Jersey Shore and heard that it can be a very difficult market since it is run by a specific group of realtors traditionally unwelcoming to outsiders from the mainland.

Pat allowed us to successfully purchase our “dream” condo at the Jersey Shore and assisted us in this process to the very end.  She is still involved and shows immense interest in our lives even after the purchase and closing of our property.
